Growing up, I didn’t always have a safe space to express what I felt. My parents divorced early, and my life was shaped by constant change. After the separation, I first lived briefly with my mother’s godmother, then with my grandparents, and later with my single father. I experienced different homes, different dynamics, my father dating, remarrying, and at times, returning again to my grandparents.
Through all of these transitions, one thing remained the same: there were moments when I simply needed someone to listen.
Not to fix me.
Not to judge me.
Just to hear me.
That experience stayed with me into adulthood. It made me realize how many people carry stories from childhood that were never fully expressed, stories that still live quietly within them.
That is why I created Safe Space Storytelling.
This is not therapy. It is a guided space where individuals can share, reflect, and give voice to their experiences in a way that feels safe and intentional. As a Childhood Storytelling Guide, my role is to help you explore your story through words, reflection, and expression.
Sometimes, healing begins with something simple:
being able to say your story out loud and be heard.
Safe Space Storytelling is an invitation to do just that.
Each session includes guided storytelling, reflection, and a gentle closing with affirmations to help you reconnect with your voice.
